These last couple of weeks and the first couple of days of this week have been EXTREMELY busy for us. We are so thankful that many of you have already been patient with us as we try our best to get you out the door with your purchases in a timely manner. With limited resources, however, that has sometimes been a challenge. We hope that the discounts you receive will be worth the wait in the end.

Bring your used Scrap Artz bags or any other store’s bag -- or a BOX, if you are figuring on a large purchase-- that will get your purchases home in the best condition. If you have any extra bags, we would love to have them for customers who might need them. Thanks for assisting us in this way.

HANOVER HUMANE SOCIETY

We will continue to receive your gifts of donated items, such as food and other things this group needs to take care of loving animals who need a good home. Please refer to the HHS website for a list of acceptable items at http://www.hanoverhumanesociety.org/donations_printablewishlist.htm

We will also have some lists at the store, for your convenience. We really hope that you will come through for the puppies and kitties! Thankyou.

CLOSING NOTES... We hope you will sign Robin's memory book, so that we can always remember the good times and what you, our customers, have meant to us at Scrap Artz. You will find the book at the register.

To my Scrap Artz customers and friends:

There comes a time when all things come to an end. It’s been 2 ½ years. Here at Scrap Artz, we hope we have brought you a feeling of inspiration and creativity. Each one of you has been an important part of our success.

My loss is you all – so many customers have become friends and part of my life. As well, I’ll miss sharing my talents with you, and you with me, to reach beyond our comfort zones. We hope we instilled a sense that creating art is one of trying new mediums and techniques.

There is no way possible to tell you how thankful I am to all my staff; they have been my support beams – Susie, Lisa, Caitlin, Laura and Emily. Diana, helped with the yard sale. Martha was my daily “here for you” comforter.

So, that being said, we are, with great sadness, informing you that Scrap Artz will be closing. Starting Monday, April 7^th, we will be starting our sales. Although a final closing date has not been set, it is very unlikely that Scrap Artz will remain open past April 30^th.

Through all this, God has brought many times of laughter and blessed me with unnumbered memories that won’t be forgotten.

I know God has a new chapter for my life. Remember to reach for the stars! Don’t stop dreaming! Remember as well, it all began with a box of crayons…
